Faith Questions in Bereavement
This booklet accompanies the optional final session of The Bereavement Journey course, dealing with the faith questions being frequently asked today by people who have experienced loss and suffering. It offers the answers that Anglican Minister, Yvonne Richmond Tulloch, gives having been bereaved herself. These are being acclaimed as helping people find faith in God in times of tragedy and in restoring confidence in God for those whose faith has been knocked.
Revised in 2023 to accompany the updated course, it is accessible for those who have little or no prior understanding of Christianity but are looking for answers to life’s big questions.
"It is very normal to question God when someone dies and to wonder about life after death. Whilst there are varying views on these subjects, many people from all faith backgrounds or none, who are struggling with grief, are finding Yvonne’s perspective helpful."
Revd Archie Coates, Vicar, Holy Trinity Brompton
"After my daughter died, I was left with lots of questions. Thank you for your insights, sharing and compassion. It has given me hope."
Valerie, guest, The Bereavement Journey course
“I would recommend this booklet to anyone who has suffered a tragedy and is searching for meaning. It is changing people’s lives."
Bishop Lenford Rowe, Counsellor and Leader, Church of God of Prophecy
